Fuel Injector noise

My 06 seems to have really loud injectors, is this normal/has anyone else experienced it?

Fuel injectors are just little tiny valves. Are you sure you're not talking about something else?

I suppose it could be the lifters, the clicking from the head area seems to be a bit louder than I remember.

Probably head valve noise. Use some heavier oil.
