I have a 2003 hyundai tiburon gt with a manual 6 speed. The car stalled out on me while i was driving it and now it will not start. I have power to everything and the car does turn over. I scanned the car and no codes came up. Please help! I'm not sure where to go from here. I thought it was possibly the cam or crank sensor but wouldn't a code show up for either one of them? Would it be possible that an O2 sensor could be bad and that would make the car not run?

Have you checked the fuel pump?

 

2.7L............. I'd be more interested in the crank position sensor having the pigtail baked and cracked, thus leaving the internal 3 wires bare to short and kill the engine.

Replace them all the time on Sonata, Tib, and Santa Fe, Tucson.. replaced 1 this morning that was really busted up.
