Default Electric surge no throttle response and have to roll start

This all started when I converted from a DMF to a SMF. I’m not saying my current issues are related to the conversion I’m just saying since I put the motor back in I’ve only driving the car 20 miles at most. Car started up once the motor and transmission were placed back in it. But then nothing. I had to replace the cat because I had forgot about the chunks of metal shooting out the tail pipe before the flywheel replacement. So from that I can assume that’s why my wires had melted a bit in places and reran them. Ok now the car started and I pull it out shop. Runs decent I turn it off. Doesn’t start again for weeks. During this time I can’t say for sure if it wasn’t deliberately tampered with. Found the plug wires had been put in the wrong order and my wires had been reran incorrectly after I know I did them correctly (just providing insight) so car starts finally but it’s running like ****. I replaced MAF TPS ICV IT STILL WAS NOT RUNNING RIGHT noticed the IAT sensor was broken so replaced that. While doing that I noticed the intake was sucking air. Fixed that. And by God it ran decent again. For one trip up down driveway. Get in the car and try to start with key and it tried to turn over but seemed like the battery was dead. So tried jump box. It flashed and then died. Tried cables no start. So I rolled started it. It started. But no throttle response. When I did push the gas peddle it turned off. Lights in dash flickering. Changed battery. Still no key start. But will roll start. 8/10 times. The obd2 won’t link to car during the time of flashing lights and no peddle response. also replaced the sending unit fuel pump under the back seat. Also took starter off and tested it and it’s not bad. Can someone please for the love of Tibs help this bitch out please
new issue. I replaced the battery Ow brake lights stay on when car is off. The light that lights up dash is not working either. And here is the obd live feed
