I have a 08 Tiburon and looking for some more power in the car. I am not exactly sure if it is worth getting an engine swap or if just throwing in a Turbo charger kit would suffice, any suggestions?

Well honestly at this point I am not to sure what engine would be a good choice, still have to do more research. What would you suggest if you were looking to swap engines?

 

I meant, what engine is currently in the car? Doing a swap isn't easy and will probably just make the car even more nose heavy. If it's a 4-cylinder, I say add a turbo. If it's a V6 then I'd suggest a supercharger.

 

Its a four cylinder. I was thinking of swapping out for the V6 2.7 but I don't know if it would really be worth the Hassel. If I should swap out the engine how much difference would I be looking at where as if I just did a turbo charger kit?

 

The delta V6 is heavy and not that powerful. Go with a turbo kit on the 4-cyl.
