Both of the lights that illuminate the + and - symbols next to that gear shift no longer work. Does anyone have a part number or know where I can purchase the bulbs for replacement? Both bulbs mount on a card and have a threaded base to turn for insertion and removal. Appreciate any help you can offer.

Most of the time the lamps used in a vehicle are listed in the owner's manual.
If you need to replace them, your best bet is a dealership parts dept. They would have them and you should get the correct parts the first time.
They will most likely need your vehicle's VIN (vehicle identification number located just below the windshield on the driver's side.
