I have a 2000 Hyundai Tiburon

When I tried replacing a blown fuse for my turn signal, I lost my headlights, A/C and power windows, but the fuses for those are still good.

The only fuse that is blown is #9 under the dash for the turn signal, cooling unit, back up light.

What in the world happened? I looked under the dash, and I didn't unplug anything. Maybe I blew some kind of central fuse that controls those other functions.

Anyone that can help? Please, I had to call off work to fix this, and the only auto electric guy in town is not there today.
