2005 Tucson not 2006 as stated above.

How do I keep my ESP OFF light from popping on and off? I thought it had something to do with the stability controls?? Then I read it could be just be some sort of clasp that needs replaced. Car is running great. I would like to be able to fix this myself if possible.

 

Okay. I see where this might be related to a 2009 recall on my vehicle I knew nothing about. How long does the manufacturer have to honor this recall?

 

It should still be covered.

 

The dealer fixed it along with to other recall notices I didn't know about.
