I have just purchased a Tucson 23 plate. Should there be a spare wheel? I can't see it under the boot.

a lot of oem's stpped puting in spare wheells to save 8-10 pounds if i had to guess? its got to - do with getting best epa readings when vehicle was new oem's get credits from gov' for doing so. not the brightest idea i know look for the fix a flat Can in the trunck.
