Veracruz 2010 w/Bluetooth (Converse by rostra)

Setting up Bluetooth with my phone (Samsung Impression), the incoming ring is painfully loud. I have tried turning down the volume using the bluetooth controls and setting the phone volume. Nothing has worked.

So, any ideas? Should I be focusing on my phone or the bluetooth?

Didn't you get an auxillary manual for the Bluetooth? If not, I'd suggest contacting the people that make the system for Hyundai: http://www.autointelligence.com/

I did get a manual, it gives specific instructions on everything but ring volume.

I checked my manuals, everything I see says Converse from Rostra as the application/software. Should I still be contacting autointelligence.com? The manuals on the site don't seem to match up with what was installed.
