I have a 2002 XG350 that has been acting eratic for a month. First it would run rough on start (turn off then on it corrected it's self). Then it would gently glide to complete stop every so often. Now on start it appears to have the throttle full open and surges against what appears to be a rev limiter. Can't figure out what is causing. Replaced TPS because the only codes were P0120 and P0123. Disconnected pedal position sensor - No effect. Idle control solenoid appears to be activating on key turn (hear click ). Only other thing I see is the potting on top of Intake air shutter valve .....induction control is very plyable and sticky. HELP
