08 accent not starting after

Their lye my concern ,everyone is asking me about belt alignment and also have to consider the timing chain side ,i start out replacing cylinder head and gasket and both timing belt and chain have to synch.All u-tube is about belt alignment and the All-data instruction state i have consider chain alignment too .Today i restarted by redoing both chain and belt ,what do you think ,i think i got both .I FIND OUT IN THE MORNING

You are right that both the cam and crank must be in time.
The first cylinder must be in top dead center
And the cams both must be in the position to allow both in-take and exhaust valves to be closed
You already know about the chain links between the two cams
So, if you rotate (by hand, slowly) it twice around and do not have any problems then it should be good??
That is how I have been told to check it. By making sure it does what it suppose to do at the time it is to do it

UPDATE car up and runnin me around
What i needed to do [happen]the timing chain has two dark links that need to be aliened on the cam sprocket marks.The sensor reads {pickup} tis for timing,thanks to my mechanic,he gracefully allow me read MITCHELL manual,that emphasis timing chain links,Hyundai you got to love them for it.I am looking forward to what adventure my accent would get in
