2013 Tuscon shakes while in park or neutral
I have a 2013 Tuscon with 75,000 kms on it. Recently, it has begun to shake when in Park or Neutral. I have taken it to the Hyundai dealership and was told that it was likely a transmission problem. I then took it to the transmission place and they said it was likely coming from the motor. I am now going to take it to my own mechanic (who already had a look at it) and see if he can figure it out. It is crazy, because the car drives fine in Drive or Reverse. I am hoping someone out there has had the same problem.

The systems are designed to raise RPM when placed into gear to prevent stall conditions.
How does the engine behave when placed into drive?
I would think the dealership should have checked for any misfire info, but we never know for sure.
The visual inspection is the first thing to do and we can't do that so let's see what your mechanic finds.
Did you notice this shortly after purchasing fuel? Contaminated gas can do this.
