Spark plug issue
I have a 2020 Santa Fe 2.0T that has 8000 miles on it. last week while doing low speed 25MPH, the car started surging felt like it was missing or had fuel starvation. I then got Blue link message to contact dealer. I’m 1200 miles from home Finally get car in they do test and find #3 cylinder spark plug ceramic conductor broken. That is repaired FIVE days later I’m on the road going home car starts doing the same thing missing, surging. Blue link again tells me don’t drive car check engine light goes on. Find dealer 200 miles away, run tests same plug problem. But now cylinder #2, also sent error code to cylinder #3. AGAIN spark plug insulator of electrode broken. Two broken plugs in 500 miles.
Has anyone out here heard of this problem before?? Both service advisors said this is a first for them.
Any suggestions , advice or what I should do about this.
thanks in advance for any help

Sometimes these things happen and who knows why.
If the plugs were carelessly installed, it is easy to crack them and have it show up later
You might ask the dealership to replace them all in light of 2 crapping out so far.
