I got the same problem. Happen to me couple months ago. My ABS and Engine light coming out. My Hyundai Dealer cannot figure it out. Changed to different mechanic. He told me one of my spark plug is not function properly. He change it and now working properly.

There are car part stores that will read codes for free.
Get the codes and read up on what they are.
Bring your 25 reports to another dealer/person and have them look at the car. They did make a report each time you went? You keep them right?
Good luck!

the dealer must lock the doors when he see's you coming. 25 trips for 1 problem/issue? after 10 times i cannot imagine they would even look at it. so you come back again and they say "maybe we can figure it out this time"? what do they think it is? the CEL gives you a code, what is it?
