Maybe it is a communication problem, but we need a little more information, if you can.
There are more reasons for an engine misfire than fingers on both your hands and the things that cause them and contribute to causing them are many.
So,,,,,,,,,,,,
Some of the info we need to know is when does it happen, what are you doing with the vehicle when it happens, what is the engine temp when it happens ?
Be as specific as you can , and don't be afraid to provide as much info as you can, including what you might think is unimportant or unrelated because all those little things can be part of a bigger problem. Can you do this ?
Don't forget to include what maintenance has been done to your vehicle , say last 3 months, OK, thanks.
