Default 2007 Engine Temp, Engine, and cluster malfunction.

I have a 2007 Accent and yesterday while driving I noticed that my speedometer got stuck on 14mph, my RPM's are stuck at 2 Grand, I am getting a red engine temp light, and an orange engine light. The car didn't seem to change in performance, but I'm fearful of driving it if the over-temp is on. Am unsure if the gas gauge is affected yet, but the digital odometer and such was working. Checked the fuses for the cluster, nothing is blown. I have oil and radiator fluid. One search come up with possibility the Engine temperature sensor may be faulty and subsequently causing the computer to fail the cluster as well. Faulty sensor or low transmission fluid possibly. Does any of this sound plausible? I have not had a code check yet. Was gonna research the issue first to see if I can fix. Any advice or experience would be beneficial.

Could you tell us what kind of problem?
At this point we don't know what is working or what is not.
