I have a 2008 accent the headlight will not turn on. I checked all fuses and even tried replacing the bulb. Neither the high or low beams will com on. But if I pull back on the lever I can flash the highs. there seems to be know relay to change. any info would be great.

 

Sounds like the switch itself may be bad.
