Default Wont turn over

My 2002 xg350 won't turn over. I just took it in with the same problem and the shoop said it was the alternator (which had been replaced last year). Now its happening again. I have full power, and jumping doesn't solve it. I checked the battery at autozoen and they said it was fine. I even checked the voltage which reads at 12.85v so well abouve what is needed to turn over the starter. any ideas as to what could be causing this. I don't hear the starter solenoid clicking, but it could just be really quite, as i have to turn the key from inside. Thanks

not that simple. It started again. but then failed the next time. I'm thinking starter is going. It seems to be more of a problem when temp is high either from driving or sun. I thought it might be the ignition switch, but when i turn it the electronics all respond (i.e. the dash lights and radio turn off momentarily), and i've heard of this kind of thing on other vehicles.

have your Hyundai dealer check the ALARM system, it will be able to cut the starter opperation.
