Sure, qualified shops with educated and experienced people can do it. People that come here and ask how to do it don't have the skillset to do it.

First, aviation gas is not for cars and you can get 100-octane automotive fuel. And higher than 87 octane is going to do NOTHING for an Accent unless you have serious mods (such as a turbo) and a reprogrammed ECM. Please stop posting misinformation because you don't know what you are talking about.
