Sure, qualified shops with educated and experienced people can do it. People that come here and ask how to do it don't have the skillset to do it.

^^^ Obviously you don't have a clue. 3/4 race cam? We're not talking about an early 60's small block Chevy. "Highball" 99 octane from a marina or airport? Total BS. First, aviation gas is not for cars and you can get 100-octane automotive fuel. And higher than 87 octane is going to do NOTHING for an Accent unless you have serious mods (such as a turbo) and a reprogrammed ECM. Please stop posting misinformation because you don't know what you are talking about.
