Slow start, worse in cold. starter 4 months old
I have a 2008 Hyundai Accent 5 speed manual transmission with the standard gas engine. It intermittently would not start and got progressively worse about 4 months ago. A new starter took care of that. Beginning a month or so ago it began to not start immediately or rather simply slow to start and is worse in colder weather. I bought it used in June and it came with a fairly new battery.
Ideas?

Unfortunately, things wear out and performance goes downhill.. With that said, what kind of maintenance have you done or had done? Simple things like fuel filter , anti-freeze, spark plugs all have a recommended maintenance interval and should be checked out. Never hurts to plan on having them looked at . Your owner's manual will list suggested items and their schedule for inspection and replacement if necessary. Much better if you can plan the maintenance rather than have it break down and wreck your day.

I second hanky.
In fact I sense that before the starter goes bad other things went bad. For example if the spark plugs are worn it will take longer for the engine to spring to life. The longer cranking will heat up the starter motor and shorten its life. The same is true when the air filter is clogged or the battery poles and other electrical contacts are corroded and so on.
I wonder if there is a check engine light on? If so get the codes and post them here.

What do you mean by slow start?
Does the engine crank slowly?
Slow cranking can be caused by worn pulleys
Take off the accessory belts and try cranking
Check cylinder compression.
Can you crank engine? Take a lot of effort?
Does it take a long time cranking engine before it will start?
This could have many causes
Dirty throttle
Stuck EGR valve
Stuck purge valve
Clogged fuel filter
Faulty pressure regulator
ETC.
Listen to Hanky's advice
Go through a maintenance check
Good luck
