tranny question
The transmission (Model A4AF3) is the exactly the same for the two engines, but the final gear ratio (aka, differential ratio) is lower on the 1.5 engine (3.656:1) than on the 1.6 (4.041:1). You'll get better gas milage with the 1.5 tranny, but acceleration will not be as good. You can double check the codes to determine the exact ratio on the tranny:
