I have a 2005 Elantra.. It only has 21,000 miles..so the car is like brand new.. I was backing down a driveway with my foot on the brake..not going fast at all and the front end of my car slammed down on the slope of the driveway and now my car does the same exact thing yours is doing..
Did you have it diagnosed yet?

Your safest bet is to have a shop actually look at the vehicle and inspect for any damage.
It would not be wise to attempt to diagnose without actually physically looking at the underside of your vehicle.
