That's normal. My dealers are the same. I had to get the driver side half-shaft replaced on my Kia Sedona a few months ago. It was an involved job but was completed in the same day. No loaner. Think about it, the dealer can't give out a loaner for everybody that brings a car in for service. That's why the "more than 24 hours" stipulation is used. If not, people just getting an oil change would expect to get a loaner.

my dealer fixed it in a day as well. i was given a loaner though...

Well the ET is at the dealer getting the new trans and they gave me a loaner car.

So far so good. I was actually impressed with the dealer. They gave me the loaner car and fixed my ET in less than a day. Everything was handled very well!

Smile trans sliping 3&4

Hey Guy's we just bought a 2011 2 days ago and I notics the trans slipping between 3&4 gear and this seams to be a consistence problem
my question is does the Hyundai company know about this problem and is their a TSB on it, also the ignition key does'ent turn to start all the time need to juggle it for a while. thanks, phil c

Default No TSB yet

No TSB yet but they seem to know about the trans problems.
As for the key I sprayed some dry lubricant into the key way and mine freed up.
