odd Problems with 2010
Well so far on our 1yo car we have had the fuel pump replaced.
We are currently experiencing some weird problems with the car the last few months.
1) only occurred 1 time so far.. Wife was going to drive the car. She started it and all the instrumentation lights stayed on. when she put it into gear it didn't seam to run right, hit the brakes as she was going down the driveway. She had to stand on the breaks as they barely worked. Then she put it in to park, took her foot of the break and it started to move forward again(had to use emergency break to stop it). When to dealer. they were unsure of what happens. used some contact cleaner on the connection to the computer.
2) Often the CD player spits out the CD. sometimes loses memory
3)key less door lock dont always work right. sometime the car will start when using the keyless entry to lock or unlock the doors.
4)sometimes (10-15 times a day) When accelerating or going down a hill the car will suddenly downshift(ie: around 55-60km/p going down a hill and accelerating to 70ish the car will suddenly downshift and RPMs with jump to over 4000 when they were only around 2100
5) the Breaks dont work the greatest(it is heading into the shop shortly as they think it might be the master cylinder

wow...sorry to hear about all the problems, mine's been relatively trouble free for the 6 months Ive owned it other than an ocasional pinging/knocking problem. Sounds like a prime candidate for the lemon law, although I'm not sure that's an option after a year of ownership. Hope your problems get resolved.
Sounds like a main computer problem being that it affects all of the electronic components.
I would have them check the computer, alternator, battery and any other components of the charging system. a defective alternator can wreak havoc with your electrical system causing surges to one system and drawing current from another.
Also, get all of the information regarding the Lemon Law in your state and begin to gather all of your service/repair paperwork and start documenting everything.
With the lemon law, pay attention to all of the dates, deadlines, and how many times you have to bring your vehicle in... even if they only check the vehicle and do no repairs (like they schedule you for a follow up for the repair). Each visit should be considered a repair attempt.
One word of advice if you follow the Lemon Law route, is to be patient and don't expect Hyundai to make things right until the day before they have to appear in a hearing. I say this with experience from having to file a Lemon Law claim in Florida. I owned an 1994 Excel that had transmission problems. Hyundai phased out the Excel and brought the Accent in its place. I was upgraded to an Accent GT with sunroof, sport wheels, the works because I added a stereo and window tinting to my stripped down Excel.
Good luck and let us know.

There is a very good chance that a single electrical porblem is the culprit with most if not all of these symptons.
How many days has the car been in the shop? This was a key factor in my case as to whether or not the NC lemon law would come into play. For what it is worth, Hyundai did not wait until the last minute to make things right with my 2010 ET. Once I submitted the documentation, they made a concerted effort to correct any problems with the car. I remain very impressed with the brand.
