Default 2022 Sante Fe PHEV charging issue

2022 SantaFe PHEV.
Battery was down to around 14%.
Plugged the vehicle in at home on 120V using the charger that comes with the vehicle. Charged for about 9 hrs but only got up to 35%.
Tried the next day. Battery was down to about 13%. Again plugged it in this time for about 16 hrs. Only charged to 50%.
In both cases when I went to unplug the vehicle the charge adapter had power and the LED indicator in the car’s charge port was out.
For where I live (Calgary Alberta) it was hot that week at least 30deg C (86deg F). The vehicle was in my garage, which was as hot if not hotter than it was outside.
Would this cause the charger to stop? Are there temperature-charging specifications for the vehicle and adapter? If temperature was the cause shouldn't the vehicle just pick up where it left off once it has cooled down?
It was cooler last night. Plugged the vehicle in and it charged with no problems.
Has anybody else experienced this type of problem?
I contacted the dealer but as of yet have not heard back.
Thanks
