Exclamation 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe door lock problems

Hello I own a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. The problem I am having is the passenger side door locks do not operate by either the remote or the use of the power door functions used manually within the car. I am able to lock and unlock the doors by manually moving the individual door locks. I checked all fuses and the appear ok. What could be the problem. The drivers side works we'll as doses the rear hatch.

Probably the lock actuator needs replacing
But first should check to see if unit is getting powers and grounds
And/or operates when provided power and ground
