Since the labor to remove it is already being paid for (as part of the belt replacement) you might as well let them install a new pump.
NovaResource's point is valid, but ask the dealer what their policy is regarding this matter. My dealer says they charge full labor for the water pump in addition to the timing belt change if the owner asks that the water pump be replaced (which make me suspicious about some dealers suggesting this). It's buyer beware.

What's your opinion of letting the timing belt go to,.....say.....80,000 mi?
