Default Delayed response when in gear.

I have a 2012 santa fe that periodically likes to spin the tires at take off. There is no idle hesitation. When I accelerate the response time is slow and then it spins the tires or accelerates rapidly for a split second. This concerns me. It does it when backing up also. It's becoming a concern as I am not the only one driving the vehicle. I have done extensive diagnostics on the engine and cleaned all the throttle body components. Starting to think it is a transmission issue. Any help or incite would be appreciated.

Delayed engagement can be caused by filter problems. How many miles on your vehicle, has trans been serviced if miles require service?
