Default 06 v6 limp mode/throttle body issues

I have a 2006 Sonata v6, recently while driving the car stopped accelerating. Now it does not go above 10mph, and idles at 1500 rpm, when usually it was around 500-600 rpm. Also the ESC mode was instantly turned off. I hooked it up to a code reader at home and got the following: P1295, P0638 and P2106. I took the throttle body off and looked at the sensor on the right side and it looked fine. Other than that, I don’t know what could be wrong

Default Hey buddy still looking for an answer ?

I believe I’ve found the issue to this problem . It’s caused by a clogged fuel pump filter . Hyundai states the fuel pump filter is an internal part but it can be replaced without the entire pump this solved the issue in my 2006 3.3 v6 . Symptoms prior were hard starts and rare limp home mode .
