Default 2011 Hyundai Sonata Navigation into a 2009 Sonata

I have a 2009 Hyundai Sonata. I have had many problems with the navigation unit when I first got the car. There isn't any more problems now but i am considering switching into the navigation unit that is in the 2011. What do you guys think? Will it be compatible. I just love the feature of bluetooth and really need it.

I really doubt they are compatible. They are two different cars with different interiors so I don't think one unit would fit in the other never mind the likely incompatibility of the rear connections.

While you cant get a 2011 navigation kit you might have luck trying to find an aftermarket nav kit that has bluetooth as well you just have to check the dimensions and what not.

Now i know its not possible. I dont want to switch to an aftermarket. Is there anyway I can add Bluetooth so that it is with my Navigation. For example. If i'm playing music, and my phone rings. I want the music to dim down and for my phone to ring through all the speakers.

Not with the factory unit. You would have to go with an aftermarket system.

I just looked into the bluetooth parrot systems. And it just connects straight to the oem system and read alot of good reviews on it. I think i am going to look into it. Here is my latest update on my car Check it out. What do you guys think.

Love the angel eyes. What company made them? How is the quality of the light at night? I'm afraid to buy a set for my Tucson because I've heard stories that while the headlights look great, they don't do the job of lighting the road very well.

Not sure what brand they are. But i would advise you not to get the same ones i have. They were not as bright as i wanted it to be. It is still sufficient enough to see during the day but not as bright as the new 2011 BMW 3-Series Angel Eyes. There is a brand that is very dependable and bright. It's Umnitza. Its all over ebay. They are leds and much brighter. Try getting that brand. They will be just as bright as the bmw's
