Sometimes we can be guilty of "Tunnel Vision" where we keep looking in the same area for a problem that may not be there.
Has anyone checked the rear of the vehicle for anything worn or possibly loose. The rear end moving ever so slightly can steer the vehicle where you don't want it to go.
It wouldn't be the first time an alignment shop missed a condition.

You are so correct. This car has my head spinning and very aggravated. I love the car, dont get me wrong. But when its a chore to drive, Its very annoying not no mention I have to pay for it for the next 6 years. They supposedly they went over the whole suspension. This dealer is pretty much horrible.( Freedom Hyundai in Hamburg Pa.) But, it is the closest one to me. ( an hour round trip) And, the service manager came right out and said, go to another dealer. Stuck between a rock and a hard place for sure.

Sometimes a shop looks like a junkyard , but that doesn't always mean their work is the same.
Many times a shop that does spring or suspension work will have a better idea where and what to check It requires someone that likes their work and is really interested in doing a good job. They are out there , you just have to find one.
It never hurts to stop by one or two and ask if they saw this problem, you might be surprised to find they will be more than willing to help you out.
