Hey there,

I leave my windows cracked, in every car I've ever driven, always, and I think it may have caused some issues with some recent rainfall we've had.

Here's the issue: when the key is NOT in the ignition, and the driver-side door is open, the little "warning" beep associated with lights being on etc is stuck on. However, when I open the passenger-side door with the key NOT in the ignition, the beeping does not start, like it shouldn't.

At the EXACT same time that this happened, both of my FOBs stopped unlocking/locking my car. The red light on them beeps, but they won't unlock the car or lock it remotely.

However, I CAN lock the doors from the outside if I manually insert the key and turn it.

How bad is the damage!?!?
