i put in a new radio and wont pick up any radio stations like the factory did i went over my install more then once and everting is hooked up and checked the antenna connection and is pluged in good but it wont get no staions like before it will get some local but not good in fact this is the second one i bought because the first one was not very high end and i thought it was because of poor radio so i bought a much better radio thinking that was the cause but it was not still did the same yes it has blue tooth and it is a HD kenwood radio but sometimes i dont want to use blue tooth i just want to play the radio but cant get radio recption any ideas on why ??

 

IF,,,, the original radio worked OK, did it?

If the orig radio did not work ,then we would suspect something with the antenna system.

yes factory radio worked just upgraded

 

Was this upgrade a "Fits All" or was it specifically designated by the manufacturer for your particular vehicle year and model ?

It may not be designed to work with with a vehicle that uses the radio as one of the modules in CAN system vehicle.

 

this was a kenwood double din hd radio purchased through crutchfield and fit to standards per the specs i have installed many other radios just never had anything like this i have seen other installs done on youtube on my 2012 tucson and seen they never did anything diff rent then what i did just very frustrating

 

If the manufacturer made this radio exactly for your year and model vehicle and you followed the instructions exactly , then there has to be a problem with the radio.
