I have a 2006 Hyundai Tuscon 2.0L and when the ac is on i hear a clicking noise.from the dashboard.I have checked the blend door actuator in the glove box and it works fine.I heard there are other locations but dont know where they are.The drivers side is where i have most of the issues with my windshield fogging up form the defrosters when the ac is on.

 

Hi I have a Hyundai Tucson 2016 2.0D and have exactly the same problem with the clicking noise. If the air con is off or on I get the same noise, it sounds like it's coming from the steering wheel area I have looked all over but can't find the problem. I thought it was tge key but changed it for the spare but it still does it.

Has anyone got any idea what it could be?

 

The recirculation door actuator will make the same clicking noise as the blend door when the gears in it are broken.
