2013 tucson left rear door stuck closed. Just replaced actuator. Outside wouldn't work inside would lock worked correctly. Now neither handle works. Suggestions to get door open. Have replacement actuator and door panel if need to somehow cut the door panel to get door opened

Sometimes you can get slim jim in between the glass and door lock assy to release it . Consider stopping by a locksmith to have him unlock it for you and then decide what you want to do from there..
