Clutch issues
I think my 3rd gear is going out on my 2013 what would I need to change the clutch kit to a better longer lasting one? Any ideas on brands and knowledge will be appreciated. ( I was thinking a racing type clutch will last longer

If driven correctly, clutches can last many years and miles.
When we start out, always starting in the lowest gear, you can let the clutch out almost completely at idle and the vehicle will start moving and not stall the engine, then up shift.
A lot of folks rev up the engine then play with the clutch pedal to get the vehicle moving. This produces a lot of slippage and heat and eventually destroys the clutch disc.
Also if the free ply is not always kept there , that will allow slippage and the process continues. If the vehicle has a hydraulic clutch system , any problem with the hydraulics can produce problems.
All that said, could you tell us why you feel 3rd gear may not be working correctly?
