It doesn't take much to be off the mark and the engine will not start.
Worse is if the cams are 180 out of phase.
It takes two revolutions of the crank shaft to make one revolution on the cam shafts
Hopefully the number one piston is at top dead center and the cams were only a little off
Sometimes people will miss read which marks need to be aligned

Good luck

There are 2 marks that you need to line up when installing the replacement belt,
the mark on the crankshaft must line up with it's mark on the engine
AND
the camshaft gear must line up with it's mark on the engine, then install the belt making sure there is no slop in the belt on the side opposite the tensioner because when the engine turns clockwise the crank gear will pull on the belt to move the cam gear and skip a tooth if installed loose and that relationship must not change

After you adjust the tensioner, you rotate the crankshaft at least 2 revolutions clockwise
AND
when the mark on the crankshaft is lined up to it's mark again, you make sure the camshaft gear is still lined up with it's mark.

You can get the crank pulley bolt pretty tight after you install everything else and you can use one of the other belts to hold the crank pulley from moving.

Thumbs up pully belt will be enough

Evening Hanky ,pully belt will be enough hold /apply my 100ft/lb on that nut. I WILL slip off belt for camshaft and rotate it clockwise to line up the marks and apply the belt back on and rotate 4 revolution to 2 for the camsprocket and tis will be okay? Would it be a good thing run the car for 2 minute to observe timing belt ,without putting on the rest of the belts, is tis okay?

If,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, the timing marks are off just one tooth, the engine will start and run, but not run right, Best to do the check without running the engine.
We try to do it RIGHT and do it ONCE.
You must be very particular with this procedure.
You are probably tired of working on this engine, so take your time once more, get it right and be done.

Are you sure you know where both marks are on the "engine" that you are supposed to use to line the marks on the gears ? If not , let us know.
