Default To keep or not to keep

My aunt had a 2000 Hyundai Elantra wagon since new has 191,000 has been well maintained. The rear hatch glass was busted out and it is so hard to find. I don’t need the car as I have a dart a Saturn sc2 and a truck I’m redoing.
but it was free and it could be a decent car.
The back window is the big issue very hard to find and expensive when I do find it.
the transmission once driven for a while will start to slam on take off sometimes. The fluid looks ok not burnt and is full but could use a change it is due.
would changing the fluid help this issues likely? And any great ideas on the back glass? Or should I just sell it for $800 and walk away from it. Thanks guys!

Well maintained can mean different things to different people. That is pretty high mileage,.

Was it exposed to road salt?

It's about 20 years old. Because of that age almost all rubber parts are about to fall apart. Bushings, engine and transmission mounts, CV boots etc. I'd get rid of it and focus on fixing that one project you already have started. You already know where to put that cash from the Elantra.
