May I ask why you need to find a different drain plug?

On some engines theres a second drain plug, which makes it easier to flush the coolant and makes sure you get it all out. Just wondering if this car has one.

I thought perhaps you were having trouble with the existing drain.

The schematic for the same vintage Accent (U.S. version of the Excel) doesn't show a petcock anywhere on the block. I checked the engines on my Sonatas and a friends newer Elantra, and none had any. I would guess the short answer is not likely.
