I'm at wits end! I'm a 70 year old retired guy with lung disease needing a vehicle to get around. Luckily I was in driveway when this internal timing belt gave way, no warning just key turn & whirring sound! 289,000 miles & always started up on a dime. My credit since retired has gone to poor, don't even know if the shop will give me a couple hundred to buy it vs roughly $1000 to replace timing belt plus other parts it could need depending.
