Annoying squeaking noise. Can it be the Drive Belt?

Annoying squeaking noise. Can it be the Drive Belt?
Hey all!
I have a 2007 2.4 GLS Sonata with almost 77,000 miles and about a month ago my engine started making squeaking noises at start up, and they go away after about 30 min of driving.
Do I need to replace my Serpentine Belt?
Could it be something else?
Could i replace the Serpentine Belt on my own? A local shop wants me to pay about $150. And it seems simple to do on my own.
