Did you view the FSM link to see the system you asked for?

To answer your question, yes, anything can cause your breathing problem, but you must narrow it down by eliminating possible causes, such as those people suggest to your inquiries.
If you had an exhaust leak under the hood you would probably hear it.
If you had a dead animal you would probably smell it.
If you had an antifreeze leak you would smell the sticky-sweet smell.
If you had a windshield replacement, you would have said when we asked.

I suggest you start a running list of things with a yes or no after each, and duplicate that with each time you post, so those who are more knowledgeable about the HVAC or about medical conditions can consider all the remaining possibilities.
You have put a lot of work in this, trying to track it down, so if you summarize it, someone coming across your latest post would have all the info possible, and they just might have the right answer.
The sum total of all your experiences would be needed, but it exists only with you, unless you list them.

Thanks again. But I can not find the FSM from the website. Is it a pdf file ? Do you have the file link ?

For my breathing difficulty problem, I talked to dealer many times, and they claimed they can not smell anything and can not find anything abnormal. Sometimes I do feel helpless.

1, abouot exhaust leak
Dealer checked, no problem. And i also can not hear noise under hood.
2, about dead animal
Dealer said they help checked, can not find.
3, about antifreeze leak
I can not smell sweet smell.
But I feel air dry than normal, is it sticky ?
4, I do not have windshield replacement after i bought it.
5, No matter refresh mode or recirulate mode, it is the same.
it is better only turn off vent/fan, and open window
BTW, what is the difference between HEATER and evaporator?
Do the air flow always(any mode with fan on) pass through both HEATER and evaporator ?

Anybody can give me some suggestion ?
Thanks a lot.

The link is:
http://www.hmaservice.com/
Then you sign up for an account. It is free, no spam, and official.
Then you go to "shop", and it asks for model, year, engine, etc.
Then you get an index, and you can start to hunt for what you want, just like a real FSM.

Heater is the small heat exchanger with hot engine coolant, evaporator is the small heat exchanger with pressurized Freon being released through an orifice to make it cold.

I don't know a lot about the air handling system, but in many cars, a door directs the air through one, the other, or both (for defrost).

Are you losing any fluids; freon, oil, engine coolant, windshield washer fluid, PS fluid, trans fluid, battery acid, brake fluid, gasoline?
Seems like all these would smell, and you would recognize them.

Thanks a lot. I find the document with your instruction.
I will do some inspection myself with the document.
looks like there is no fluid leak, but is that very hard to find out sometime ?
Thank you very much again.

Finding the fluid leak is difficult, but discovering a loss is not, if you check the level of each from time to time. Each one has its own method to see if it is still full, and each has its own reason to be consumed or leak out.

The freon level is an exception, now that the "sight glass" is no longer standard, but after enough loss the AC won't work anymore, so that is a way to tell if you are losing freon.

If you can determine that you are not losing any of these fluids, it can help with the process of elimination, which may be the only way you can find the irritant.

Doctors used this to find out what my young Daughter was allergic to, which I am glad to report that she grew out of it quickly, but her diet was terrible for a few weeks while they introduced things back in.

If you have to see an allergist, I am sure a carefully documented study here will help. Good luck!

Thanks a lot. Actually I did see a doctor and allergy test showing it is ok for me.
Yes, I have to check the fluid leak very carefully.
