Default H1 G4KG Oil consumption

I recently had a H1, G4KG engine rebuilt. The engineering shop replaced the (now) oversized pistons, oil pump, chains and all bearings. They also overhauled the head. Full engine overhaul. The engine is performing very well. However is is using about 1 liter of oil on 400 kilometers. Strangely, there is no oil smoke and I had the engine pressures tested and they are all perfect. I have now noticed that there is oil coming out of the exhaust tail pipe. I changed the PCV valve but the problem remains. I assume that the silencer boxes are overflowing and the oil is now coming out the tail pipe. I have in my lifetime never seen such a problem and would like to find out if any one of you on this great group can point me in the right direction.
