Default 2008 Manual Accent Starter Removal

Hi,
I've been watching YouTube videos to find out how to remove the starter on my Hyundai Accent 2008 Manual transmission. However, all those video show much more accessible starter bolts. There are quite a few things in the way preventing me from reaching the bolts.

I've attached a picture of a connector that is in the way but I've not been able to remove it (without breaking it).

Managed to get it out by prying the metal bracket that holds the plug, then removed both links. Quite a lot of digging required to reach that starter.

Has this vehicle been sitting idle for a long period of time? Don't forget to lubricate the bolts on installation.
